I need to convert cable TV co-ax to cat5e where co-ax enters house run over cat5e and convert back to co-ax to connect to set-

Looking for solutions for cable conversion -- cable TV co-ax to Cat5e and back again

Probably not the solution you're looking for but what would probably work best is placing a centralized HTPC near the co-ax home entry point. Have that HTPC with cablecard ready tuners installed; one tuner per TV in the home. Have HTPC Extenders at each HDTV in the home. Each extender connects to the central HTPC via Cat5E. Each extender connects to each HDTV via HDMI.

Look to the Ceton InfiniTV 6 Eth for tuning up to six channels of cable TV, simultaneously, and the Ceton Echo to distribute those channels across your home network.
