It just means you will not be able to utilize the motherboard's ability to supply your case with a front side USB 3. No problem in and of itself. The USB 3 allows much faster data transfer times. If you are frequently moving large photo or video files from your PC to a Desktop hard drive, the USB 3 option might be needed. Otherwise, not much of an issue.
If you ARE interested in an NZXT case at that price range check out
NZXT Source 220 or NZXT Source 210.
To see what other cases will work and have the USB option, simply use PCPartPicker on your build, and look at cases compatible with your build but turn on the filter for USB 3 on front option. (It's down toward the bottom.)
