Yes, it will with little to no problem

The 7950 should average 50+FPS at ultra with no AA at 1080p

) OP, you should max it out easily with your gpu http://gamegpu.ru/images/stories/Test_GPU/Action/Battlefield%203%20End%20Game/test/bf3%20EG%20UQ%201920.jpg with an average of 62 fps, while your cpu might hold you back a little http://gamegpu.ru/images/stories/Test_GPU/Action/Battlefield%203%20End%20Game/test/bf3%20EG%20PROZ.jpg . An overclock will certainly help you to maintain constant 60 fps.

Ah oops missed it, it would have no problem with BF4 ultra let alone BF3

Yes i know but it might still bottleneck you, battlefield's MP is very cpu intensive and it uses up nearly all cores available for it to use. I didnt say your cpu is horroble, i said it might bottleneck you and cause some lag and if this happened, an overclock will solve the problem as this lag will be cause of your cpu most probably as the gpu is enough. Can i ask a question? You have very good cpu cooler, why dont you overclock your cpu, i see that the stock clock is 3.9, i dont know if this 4.2 is kind of boost or is it your OC, but if it is your oc, it is very small oc considering you have this cooler, your cpu deserves a better oc with this cooler, it will help you out will all games not only bf3.

AMD's six core CPUs actually do fairly well in Battlefield games, and you should definitely think about overclocking considering you have a nice watercooler
