Can I play this game on Ultra and with what FPS?
Specs:
Resolution : 1280x1024
GPU : Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition
CPU: FX-6300 Unlock ( Not OCed)
RAM : Crosair Vengance 8 GB

At that res, your gpu is an overkill and would certainly max it out easily and at that res the cpu will be the bottleneck most probably. http://i.imgur.com/0nIkCAb.jpg But i think your cpu will just handle it well. About the 60 fps, im not very sure of it, you can have an average of 50-60 fps, but constant 60 cant promise, crysis 3 is the only game that no single gpu can handle at 1080p, even at your res you might have some lag but wont hurt your eye that much.

The highest setting on Crysis 3 is "very high". At your resolution my best guess is FPS in the 30's.

Your GHz card is faster than the 7870 in the test and your resolution is lower than the 1680x1050 where the "regular" 7870 can only muster 25FPS. Your results should be better, but I'm doubtful it will get into the 50's and 60's.
