Because the asrock only have the 4+1 power phase, and ASUS M5A97 R2.0 has 4+2, ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 has 6+2.

Yes, the FX 6300 would work for rendering, the 8320 would be 25% better for 21% more money...which means bang for your buck you'd be better off that way. However, if your budget is constrained, don't sweat the difference.
