Let me start by saying, I am kind of noobish at motherboard/CPU stuff I've never had to worry about it at first so I didn't really know exactly what to look for.

So right now I have:
-GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2 AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
-AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor
-ASUS GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB

I wanted to upgrade my graphics card at first but then I realized I probably should just upgrade my other stuff while I'm at it. Here is what I wanted to get:
-ASRock 990FX Extreme3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
-AMD FX-8320 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.0GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W 8-Core Desktop Processor
-GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 770 4GB 256-bit

I have a couple of questions, first... will these work together and will a 750 watt power supply cut it. I was also wondering, what all has to be done to upgrade a motherboard, like do I have to uninstall windows, I can't find a good answer online
Also if your not frustrated enough with my stupid question, is there a better price/performance combo, I may be doing SLI in the future so I wanted a motherboard capable of that. I am also on a tight budget (600 - 650 MAX) I only have $5 at the moment :( (I'm 16 btw)
Thanks :D

I wouldn't be doing SLI for quite a while, as I have no source of income and it will be a long time till I can afford to do SLI, but a 750W would be good for 1 GTX 770 and I would like to do some overclocking, not a ton but a little.
