please help, i assembled a new pc a couple of days ago...
amd 7850
amd phenom ii x4
4 g hddr3
the only old thing is the hdd off an old pc with new windows xp on it
the prolem is in some games and booting up,
juced 2 for example..
good but old game, laggs on highest settings but in a weird way, it stutters but doesnt become slow as would an fps lag wiuld be....
minecraft for example...
runs perfectly from 200 to 60 fps
booting up...
cant open anything for a hole minute from when booting up
also...
guy i know has a 7770 and gets 100 fps constant on grand theft auto sa but my gpu and cpu are better.....why is this?
please help i would aoreciate
