Best solution
all gpu have fans on them...if not they melt
http://www.legitreviews.com/amd-radeon-hd-7950-w-boost-...
both cards are close on most games. if your not goingto crossfire or sli the cards then go with the 4570 and h87 mb.

all you need is few extra case fans. want the case front to pull in air in and the top case fans to blow out and if the case has bottom fan mounts you can add a fan there to pull cold air in. (custom liquid coolers if the pump fails or leaks..good bye gaming rig.) most people that liquid cool there gpu there overclocking them.

with most cases (min atx) the only issue you see if you try use a lot of hard drives or cards. if you stay with just two gpu and one or two hard drive the smaller cases are fine. if you start adding wifi and a after market sound card look to a mid size or full size case for extra room. myself i have antc one case...fine for full size mb and one video card setup.

cpu and mb will last a long time. older days they use to fail from caps leaking or drying out most good motherboard vendors have gone to using solid caps. as long as you buy a good power supply (cosair or seasonic or rebranded sesonic that bronze level rated) and sized right the power supply should last you for many years. the only two parts that you cant say this is ram and the hard drive. (ram can get a bad bit over time or fail but if you buy ram with life time warranty all you pay is shipping cost to get a new set of ram.) hard drive as there moving part can last a week to years. the trick with a hard drive is every few months use hdtune and read the smart warnings on the drive see if there are any or if anything has changed. the other trick is use free online backup or pick up a ext hard drive and copy your personal files to it. some people for speed by another drive the same size and use drive cloning.

the evga gtx 660 is by far the best in its class. this thing can keep up with many 300$ cards with minimal or no oc. trust me man this is what you want. don't change a thing.

most cases have two one pulling the air in the front. when the case comes in check that the front fan blows air over the hard drive to keep it cool. myself i get two extra fans put one on the bottom of the case pulling cold air in and up over the gpu and one blowing hot air out. if you start using a lot of fans you have to buy a fan controller as most mb have one-three extra case fan headers. with a good fan controller you can set the fan speeds so you dont hear them.

corsair 200r comes with two fans in a push pull system. one in the front with a front mesh to pull cool air in and one in back. supports long graphics card. bottom mounted power supply. supports 4 ssd's and 4 hard drives. room for a double radiator water cooling system. side panel fan bottom of the case fan. top of the case fan. supports front panel usb 3.0. is a full size atx case that also supports micro atx very well. did i also mention its only 50$.
