I am looking to replace my old GPU and i was wondering if this one would fit wiht my CPU/Motherboard/Tower case

Tower Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case
Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

New graphics card: Asus GeForce GTX 760-DC2OC-2GD5

Solution
This mostly depends on your PSU since your CPU and motherboard can handle a GTX 760 without bottlenecking. You would need at least...hum...I'd say 500-600W with two PCI-E power connectors. Also, make sure that it fits inside your case!

Measure the physical space inside your case where the GPU goes, and then look up on the manufacturers website the length and other dimensions of the GPU you are considering buying.

Its nothing to do with the size of your PCIE slot, but you need to measure the space that the GTX760 would take up, so measure your current cards length, and see if the new one is longer or shorter, and see if there is enough physical space in your case to fit the GTX760

Well put the rest of the system together before you buy the GPU, and once the MOBO and other parts are all in place then measure to check of you have enough space for the new card.
