I am building a new pc but i am very new (this is my 1st build ) and dont know much about computers i just wanted to know if there are any problems with my first build so here goes.
Cpu: Intel Core i5-4670 Haswell
Ram :CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Gpu :EVGA 02G-P4-2761-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit
PSU:XFX Core Edition PRO850W (P1-850S-NLB9) 850W
Hard Drive : Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard:GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Both would still run your system perfectly fine.Thanks man ill definitely look into a cheaper psu my inital budget was 900 but ive gone 150 dollars over that. A cheaper PSU would help the money issue.

Yeah its really not nessicary to have that PSU, even Nvidia say the GTX Titan can run on 600W minimum, and I know a friend who runs a GTX770 on 550W. So all you need is like a 650w or something, which would still give you room to upgrade your system in the future.
