Solution
I have the same problem, I was told that the problem might be the BIOS. Because the computer runs fine when I use the onboard graphics. I have a XFX Radeon HD 7970. I'll try a different card and will see if that fixes the problem. So far 1/10 tries the computer boots up fine with the graphics card, but during the other times, I get error b2 on the graphics card. I'll keep you updated.

@bein and @Fedorp1

I'm also hung on ASRock Dr. Debug code b2 (same problem as the OP, but on a fully new build that has not yet posted), and I'm curious regarding your solutions - an update please?

I took my computer to computer specialised shop for them to do some troubleshooting. when i got it back they said that my cpu and gpu are broken maybe because too high voltages on cpu and gpu or somesort of power spike.
