Are you using Outlook for Mac? If so, you can do this:
1. Open Outlook for Mac.
2. Click "Contacts".
3. From the File menu, choose Export.
4. Choose "Contacts to a list (tab-delimited text)" when asked.
5. Click the right arrow at the bottom to save.
6. In the "Save As" field, type your file name.
7. Note: Use the .txt at the end of the file name (i.e. ,examplefile.txt).
8. Choose desktop under the "Where" drop-down.
9. Click Save.

Outlook will begin exporting your contacts. Click Done when it is finished.

1. First select File > Options > Advanced.
2. Under Export, click Export.
3. In the Import and Export Wizard, click “Export to a file,” and then click Next.
4. The next screen asks you to choose a file type; select CSV and click Next.
5. Under “Select a folder to export from,” select the contact folder you want to export, and click Next.
6. In the “Save exported file as” dialog, click Browse to select a destination folder, and in the File Name box, pick a name for the file.
7. Click OK, and then in the Export to File dialog, click Next and then Finish.

Depending on what version of MacOSX you are running importing the CSV file to the contacts app is easy. Just open the contacts app and select file>import then find the CSV file you exported.
