Graphics Card not switching on.

Hello, I recently installed a new CPU cooler to my System, after I had finished the install my Graphics Card stopped working, it is acting like it is getting no power to it, I thought it was related to my latest install so I put the old CPU fan back in, and tried again. Still no luck, any ideas?

Specs
Q8300 Core 2 Quad @ 2.5Ghz
AMD HD 7770 1Gb GDDR5
4Gb RAM
450w power supply
4x12v fans
1Tb Harddrive

No other PC in the house, any other ideas. Also the fan isn't spinning, the thing is it worked fine, said not boot device and I realised that HDD wasn't plugged in so I plugged that in and the fan on the GPU didn't, it looks like it wants to start spinning, then just stops.


*****Solved the Issue, Removed a faulty RAM chip and everything worked fine again******
