Very low fps in all my games. I`ve been trying solutions presented by this and other 3d sites and nothing. GPU-z, HWmonitor, PrecisionX, MSI Afterburner data dont show any voltage anomaly on cpu or GPU, dont show any temperature outside good parameters. The sensors logs only weirdness is that my GPU power never gets over 70%, but the core clock stables at 1149-1162. Fresh windows 7 ultimate install, all drivers updated to latest on 11/14/2013, same with BIOS. Unigine Heaven 4 score always under 700, with under 30 FPS in a 1600x1050 resolution. Little help coming from lowering settings. Nvidia control panel set with all the recomended options (v-sync off, power saving off). Did a step by step config on the bios, always testing things like turning HT off, power saving off, with no changes at all. I`ve been researching for a week, and am giving a last shot here before starting to rma stuff. Ideas anyone?

I did. In fact I was experiencing some memory instability prior to updating to 2105. After, memory never bothered me again. Memtest 5, at least, showed no problems

Your figures are too low , can you try another pci-e power input from your psu to your 680?

I've used two fresh cables in 2 diferent ports. Voltage monitoring is not showing alterations on full load. The fact that the GPU wont rise its power usage above 70-75% justifies getting another PSU and test?

Test the card in a friends computer if you can, or another psu, have you also raised the power target in Afterburner?

Used the third slot. No effect on the score.

I bought all the items in my rig on the same store in my city. Just checked the receipts, everything except the case still qualifies for store warranty. Im gonna take the whole 50 pounds thing to them today. Figured do that before rma, since it would take a while for the parcel to get to the US from where i am.

edit. I did raised both o afterburner and precisionX. No change. I was even getting some playable fps on Battlefield 4 when i overclocked (just 30mhz on the core and 100mhz on the memory) with a manual fan profile. It would deliver a workable fps for a while, but every 15-20 minutes of playtime it would drop to 15-20 fps. Sometimes resetting afterburner allowed me another 15-20 minutes.
