I would go with the 4770K so that you can use a socket 1150 board like the ASRock Z87 or ASUS Z87 models that have the options you want. The Z87 chipset has more native SATA 6Gbps and USB 3.0 ports and is a better value.
I dont get it everything ive read says the 4820k is the better CPU,
