i5 3570k Overclocked vs Stock i7 3770

Question, We seem to have basically the exact same setup. Same mobo, cpu, cooper, only difference is the 760 and 670, Do you mind me asking what voltage do you use to get it to 4.5
Everytime i try to reach 4.5 i have to reset the CMOS

I set my vcore offset to +0.005 and additional turbo voltage to +0.039.
