Maximus VI Impact Hyper 212?

I was going to build a micro-ATX system in the Phenom M, but now I'm leaning more towards mini-ITX with the ASUS Maximus VI Impact. Will this motherboard fit the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO?

It will not. Found out the hard way in my build, had to use the stock cooler until I found a better option. The heatsink fins run into the capacitor tower on the board.
