I've recently decided to build myself a brand new gaming pc, it's been 7 years since my last attempt!
I had to read up on a lot of stuff regarding the components, basically this is what I came up with.
Case: Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus(€ 54,99)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Pro3(€ 94,90)
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4670K(€ 219,90, incl. Rome Total War II)
GPU: MSI N770 Lightning(€ 349, incl. 3 games)
Ram: Kingston HyperX 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit(€ 84,90)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14, 1 TB(€ 59,90)
PSU: XFX PRO550W Core Edition(€ 59,90)
Total cost: €923,49
As a side note, I'm not interested in SLI nor CrossFire. I plan to overclock my CPU later(around 4.2ghz), when the games become more demanding. And lastly, I have two quick questions about the Motherboard and the PSU, is overclocking going to be an issue with this MB or not? And is 550W enough for this GFX card + overclocking the CPU?
