Is this good enough to play crysis 3?

Windows Version: Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Edition (build 9200), 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6570
Total RAM: 8.0 GB

It's good enough to play it, yes, but you will not be able to play anywhere near max settings.

Your most acceptable framerate will come with the "Low" setting, but you can tailor your graphics settings based on what resolution monitor you have.

that's what i thought.. even played with all the settings, turned all of them low but still getting low FPS.. any recommendation on a better, but cheap gpu? and is there a need to upgrade my cpu and probably change my OS back to 32bit?

i can't go over 200, tight budget.. LOL
