On boot up, after a short period I get a long bleep and then a shorter bleep and the computer will not boot up. The only change I have made to the system is only replacing the case and reconnecting the front panel connection. All these connections I have thoroughly checked. I have changed the graphics card, memory, PSU But nothing rectifies the problem. I cannot find any information about "one long Bleep and one shorter bleep".

What motherboard do you have? Do you still have the manual for your motherboard?
