I want a fast laptop but not for games need advice what to look for please...

It all depends on what you (the user) wants to accomplish. If your just looking for web browsing and maybe some basic word processing, then I recommend the Google Chromebook. They boot VERY fast (less than 10 seconds), comes with processing applications integrated (Google Drive/Docs), and is overall a very good laptop for the price. Now mind you, you are only using a browser as that is what the entire operating system is based off of.

Now, if you want more than a browser based OS, there are many laptops out there that are reasonably good for the price.

The laptop above has an 2.4GHz i5 processor (pretty good), 4GB of RAM, and a 250GB (that is my only complaint on it as it may not be enough GB for whatever it is your trying to accomplish). It is $349.99 plus tax/shipping.
