Hi there, I've really hit a wall and I have no idea what to do from here..

I built the PC a few months ago, it's using:

Motherboard: Sabertooth FX990 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8350 4GHz Socket AM3+ 8MB
Graphic Card: Radeon 6790
RAM: G-Skill 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz RipjawsX Memory Kit CL9 (9-9-9-24) 1.5V
PSU: 900w

So, I've had the PC working for a few months, but a few ago I moved and I just decided not to use it for a while, and now I can't get it do anything when I try and use it.

I took the whole thing apart and tried a few different things, even buying a new PSU but this didn't fix it.

The motherboard has the green light on the bottom, but when attempting to turn it on, it does.. Nothing.

I have been able to get it to turn on for a little while, but with no screen..

Then one time, I was able to get it to turn on and show me a screen, which was the motherboard booting screen, but then it would not let me go into the BIOS or anything.

Can anyone please give me some advice? - I have all the parts in front of me, so I am reading to attempt anything. Thank you very much.

Have you tryed resetting the cmos battery to reset the bios settings? Or if you cant get into bios tryed the "Direct Key" on the motherboard to boot to the bios automatically, seems to me the card needs to be re-seated or even replaced. I also have the same motherboard.
