I just wan to know which of the two PSU will works great with my rig :

Processor : Intel Core i5 4440 3.1-3.3Ghz (Quad Core) Haswell

Motherboard : Asrock Z87 Fatal1ty Killer Series (LGA 1150)

Memory - G.Skill RipJaws X 8gb ddr3 1600 CL10 (F3 12800CL10S 8GBXL)

Graphic Card - Palit GTX 650 Ti Boost 2gb/192bit (OC Ed)

Hard Disk-Drive Seagate 1tb (ST1000DM003) 64mb sata

It's a toss-up, but I'd give the nod to the XFX as it has 44 +12vamps as opposed to 42 +12vamps for the FSP (Your CPU, GPU, draw their current from the +12v rail(s).
