I already have an Intel Core i5 650 2 cores, four threads @ 3.20 ghz and upto 3.33 ghz with turbo boost and i wanted to buy a AMD Radeon R9 280X. will this cpu bottleneck my New Gpu.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cpu: Intel Core i5 650 @ 3.20 ghz and upto 3.33 ghz with turbo boost

Ram: 4GB 1333MHZ (upgrade ram later)

Psu: 320 watts for my cpu and an (((((external FSP Booster X5 450watts independent/supplementary power supply)))))) for the "AMD Radeon R9 280X" Only.

http://www.amazon.com/FSP-Certified-Crossfire-PCI-Expre...

will this be enough power?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I dont have enough money to buy a new processor.

Also i wanted to know if it will bottleneck, by how many fps will i lose when i play a game like Crysis 3 and Battlefield 4 on ULTRA with FXAA with 1920x1080 FULL HD.

Thank you :)

Yes it will in CPU intensive games but work fine in others. Power wise you have enough but these days you can get a sufficient GOLD rated PSU for less than the booster!
Your CPU at best is going to be close to the lowest one here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/battlefield-4-graph...

Yes, there will be not much, but a bit of a bottleneck, your cpu performs near to a i3 3220. Your gpu is nice, but your cpu is more likely to hold it back a bit. But it's not much to worry about, you won't be loosing more than 10-8 Fps in games like Crysis 3 & especially in bf4, on high-very high settings, I recommend not to ultra because you might get less than 40 FPS on Crysis 3 & on those games which are really cpu bound. But you can ultra on BF4, provided you also upgrade your ram to 8 gb. If you can't upgrade your cpu soon, don't worry it's strong enough to handle any game on medium- very high (or also ultra in some cases) till this year. But in 2014 you might start to think that it's not strong enough. I mean, there's not really need to upgrade your cpu if you don't have budget. You can upgrade it in the November of next year, this is when most of the games are released. You still have a year to save some of you money and get a good cpu.
Just a bit of a bottleneck, but too much to worry about.
