Grandpa (me) has been asked to go in with my grandson's parents to find a gaming desktop for Christmas. Are there any thoughts about the following:

CYBERPOWERPC X-Titan
Processor: AMD FX-8320 3.50 GHz Eight-Core AM3+ CPU 8MB L2 Cache & Turbo Core
Memory:8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel
Video Card: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 16X PCIe 3.0

Thank You!

You can get a pre-built system like that but honestly almost anyone can build their own for around half the price. As long as your careful and know everything is compatible before hand you can do it. It isn't nearly as difficult as most people think.

Hi there! First off is he ok with building one? It would be cheaper and better and you 2 could do that together if you want. What is the budget in mind? I assume you are in the US?

Do you have a budget? Building one is very easy and there are many guides online on youtube or something and if you need help with something you can always just ask me.

What kind of a disability if you dont mind me asking, as long as you can move your hands you can build a pc. Its like building big lego really, things just fit in the correct slots.
If you really cannot then that computer would be decent for around $900.
If you decide to give it a go then ask me and i can make a list for you.
Here is a rough 'quicker' guide there are some more betetr more detailed ones if you would like
