Trying to find the best mobo under $160.

I need the best Z87 LGA 1150 Motherboard for under $160.

Here is my current build if it helps. Color doesnt matter and I cant spend more than $160.
Do you think my current mobo selection is good?

Also, for the case fans, I wont have enough money to get more than 3 right away.
I am replacing the fans on the H100i with the 120mm high static fans and I am putting a 140mm fan on the back. I think the case 750D comes with 2 in the front. Will this be enough for a few weeks to run my build until I can afford 2 120mm fans for the bottom and 2 140mm fans to replace the front ones?

Between your current one and this Asus http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z87plus

What are the pros and cons/ differences?
  3. To me it would just be brand preference, if anything the Gigabyte has a slightly better sound chip in the ALC898.

Definitely although I'm pretty sure the ALC898 and Gigabyte would have on-par sound.
  5. What about this open box one?

What is the difference and what will I be missing?

  6. That is a very good board a class above the others but it is impossible to say what will come missing, sometimes you get it all.
