I need the best Z87 LGA 1150 Motherboard for under $160.

Here is my current build if it helps. Color doesnt matter and I cant spend more than $160.
Do you think my current mobo selection is good?


Also, for the case fans, I wont have enough money to get more than 3 right away.
I am replacing the fans on the H100i with the 120mm high static fans and I am putting a 140mm fan on the back. I think the case 750D comes with 2 in the front. Will this be enough for a few weeks to run my build until I can afford 2 120mm fans for the bottom and 2 140mm fans to replace the front ones?
