The GTX660 is a gaming card, and will run rings around the GT630, which is not (no matter how much superfluous RAM is added to it).

the 630 has enough memory to support multiple monitors.

I'd rather have the 660.

Get the GT 630 w/ 4GB of RAM if you simply want a multi-monitor setup so that you can have various programs on each different monitor.

Get the GT 660 w 1.5GB of RAM if you want to play games.
