acer recovery disk for aspire 5330

I lost my disk years ago when I tried to ship it can anybody tell me how I can get back such a disk. Problem is I later develop a hard drive problem and had to change my original hard drive and lost the recovery programme that was factory stored on it

You could either contact Acer, or purchase a new version of Windows. Depending on how much Acer wants to charge for the disk, it might be worth it to upgrade to Windows 7, since it appears this laptop originally shipped with Vista.

Alternatively, you could install Linux for free if you don't absolutely need Windows for specific applications.
