I am building a budget pc around £700. Just want to make sure that these components will work together. Parts listed below

AMD FX-9590 Black Edition Octa Core CPU Socket (AM3+, 4.7GHz, 16MB, 220W, FD9590FHHKWOF, Turbo Core 3.0 Technology)

Biostar TA970 ATX AMD Motherboard Socket AM3+ With USB 3.0

Palit GeForce GTX 760 Jetstream Graphic Card (2GB GDDR5, PCI Express 3.0, 1072MHz, 6200MHz)

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 CPU Cooler

Any responces would be appreciated. Thanks

Cut that overpriced CPU back to a FX-8320, and see if that will let you get a GTX770 or HD7970 instead.
A 92mm cooler will be whiny and may not provide good cooling performance. I'd suggest a 120mm (or even 140mm) cooler. I use and recommend the Xigmatek Gaia over the more often parroted but slightly inferior Hyper212 EVO:

Unlike the Hyper212 EVO (ignore the URL; it IS the EVO they tested), the Gaia never throttled, although it wasn't always the coolest depending on the fan used. Both got awards, but the Gaia is usually cheaper as well, making it the better choice.
