An H80 will be about equal with a high-end air cooler such as a Noctua NHD14 or Phanteks TC14PE.
If you want something better, you'd want to look at an H80i or H100i.
If you want something better, you'd want to look at an H80i or H100i.

If you have the room for at 240mm radiator then i would recommend looking at either the Eisberg 240L or the Glacer 240L.

Thank you both for you help I have not really considered looking into the jet flow fans at the moment as it is going to be my first pc build and I am just trying to look for good quality parts for cooling it. Also the corsair h80 I am getting that as, I can get it for a good price
