PC Price Drops?

I have a question for the community and that question is: "Do you think any of these PC components prices will drop soon (let's say a rough 3 months), and if so by how much?"

So, here are my potential PC parts from PC part picker:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3330 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor (£125.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: ASRock B75 PRO3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (£56.42 @ CCL Computers)
Memory: GeIL Enhance CORSA 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£40.99 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Toshiba 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£57.54 @ Aria PC)

I have a one other question:
I have a 32" 720p TV, how do you think it will perform for gaming?

I can't tell you for certain how much they will drop, as I don't think anyone else will be able to predict the future.

But I can tell you that most of your compontents should drop in price. Most of everything you have listed is last gen and considered old, therefore 3 months later, they should all see price drops.

with the new R7 and R9 series that have come out the prices are much better on those so you may want to look at them. Besides that the only thing that might drop in price is the storage. Even though it is at an all time low right now. With the price of storage being so low I suggest getting a small SSD for your programs and OS as well. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2W00ZD1539

Prices remain pretty constant. What you get for your money improves.

Well you can use it for gaming i guess, but the above machine on such low resolution display is massive overkill.
Overall though, you are much better off with a proper monitor.

There is the chance that everything could go on sale or have some kind of rebate. But as for normal retail prices, everything looks like it is about as cheap as it will be for the next few months to even a year. The WIFI adapter is about as low as you'll find one. RAM has actually been going up over the last year. The same is true, but to a much lesser extent, for cases and PSUs. RAM has more than doubled since last fall while cases and PSUs have gone up but not that much. The 7970 is way cheaper than it was when it first came out. Windows usually never drops their prices. Windows 7 is still the same price despite the fact that it is pushing 5 years old. The CPU price isn't going to change much but the motherboard price might as there are no new CPUs coming out for it.

My advice is to buy these parts if they are on sale. Don't wait for RAM to go down as it probably never will unless it is on sale. This is a perfect time to buy a Ivy Bridge system.
