560ti time to upgrade?

Solution
With the recent release of the GTX 780 Ti, now is the perfect time to upgrade your GPU, as all previous models have been slashed in pricing, making them that much more affordable. I'd say go for it.

Well its estimated that the GTX 800 series will be coming out in Q1 of 2014. The 560ti is still decent for most games depending on what CPU you have. I guess what you should ask yourself is if you really need the performance upgrade now or if you can wait a little longer?

Im running a evga gtx560ti classified edition and now that im on windows 8 im pulling average 80fps on bf4 at 1920x1080 with all settings on high and hitting a low of 50fps. If you were gonna upgrade I would suggest doing it to a 780 or 770 at minimum.

As i have a 560ti myself, I am still playing games from med to high settings over 60 FPS at 1080p. Although I am not a person that has to have the "best" graphics in the world, I don't plan to upgrade soon unless i see a killer deal that i can't pass up. Like Black Friday, Haha. I guess what im trying to say is if you are satisfied with your graphical quality then there is no need for an upgrade. I mean i have a friend of mine that is currently running BF4 on a GTX 275 on low above 30 FPS.
