Access the benchmark tab in the graphics card section. More information abou the rest of your build would help. Based off of your current information I would say GTX 770

at first I thought the R9 280x was perfect with the fact that Mantle will be out soon but then I noticed all of the info on the upcoming Gsync monitors and I really feel like that is going to be a significant step forward for image quality. I have a old 1440x900 monitor now and will consider waiting for early 2014 for a G-Sync monitor and pair it with the GTX 770. The PSU should allow me to add another GTX 770 in the future if it becomes necessary. Just not sure what Mantle will be all about ya know.

So I went ahead and purchased a GTX 770 2gb... Love this card. Running Vsync on my 60hz monitor and im locked in all the time on Ultra settings. Only concern now is that during heavy MP gaming I am using up to 1.88gb of ram on the GPU.... Thinking that 4gb card might be worth it. only running 1 monitor and only at 1440x900
