Below is my current build. I'm trying to see if anyone has any recommendations as to which video card would best suit me. Trying to get rid of my old video card that I've had since before I built this. I just didn't have the money to replace it when I ordered the parts originally.

My budget is around $200 and currently I'm looking at this one (Sapphire Radeon HD 7950) because it comes with 3 free games, and looks like it'd be a solid purchase.

Any other suggestions or should I roll with this one?

Does it come with free games or anything? I'll check it out. I'm still trying to figure out what games come with this card, too.

In the video he differentiates between R9 270X and R9 270. I can't find a 270 on PCPartPicker but I see plenty of 270X's. Does that mean they're out of stock, and should I hold out til they are?

I already bought the MSI R9 270X. Just an impatient person lol. Has better benchmarks than the 270 and it was only $20 extra so I went ahead and went with it. Slightly sad it has no free games, but it's whatever. I have plenty in my Steam account I haven't tried out due to the fact my old PC sucked so bad. It'll be nice to play all those finally.
