have password bt cnt access internet

hi, i know my neighbours wifi password and the signal is reall good, bt when i conect i cant access to internet. it says limited conection. can any1 help

If your neighbor is actually allowing you to connect, ask them if they use MAC addressing to block router access. If they are not, then go into your network control panel, manage wireless networks, delete the network and then restart your computer and re-select the network when it finishes finding available networks.

You may need to be added to allowed IP or MAC addresses to connect.
Some routers are capable of only allowing certain computers to connect.
Also password and security key and type of security need to be entered in your wireless setup if they are running . Without the security key you will have the same problem when connecting.
