I am about to order a xmas PC. Will all of these components work together?

770 ACX or a SC 780
LG 24X DVD rewriter
Intel 4570
Corsair AX 860 PSU
Samsung Evo SSD
2X8gb corsair low profile memory
Gigabyte H87-HD3 Motherboard (socket 1150)
Corsair vengance C70 case
Win 7 Home premium oem 64 bit
WD 1TB HDD

I a bit of over head on my PSU for future upgrades, thanks.

It will work. Usually with that kind of budget I would say go for the overclocking chip and board. If nothing else you'll end up with a higher quality board even if you don't overclock.

Z87 + i5-4670k would only add about $75.
