Monitor Advice (Gaming/Graphics design)

Hey all,
So I'm looking to purchase two new monitors. I've currently got a Samsung Syncmaster S23B350 which is a 23inch with a refresh rate of 2ms.

I'm looking for a new monitor. It will be used for gaming and general graphics design. I've got a few preferences. If anyone could make some suggestions then I'd appreciate it

If you need any more details feel free to ask.

- 24 inch
- HDMI output
- Audio jack to plug my speakers in to
- Very good quality colours
- Fast refresh rate (2ms)
- Under £200

Under £200 each or total? Also, I would recommend an IPS monitor for better picture clarity. While most IPS monitors under £200 will likely be at 5ms refresh rate, you should not really notice the 3ms difference.

Not able to find 24" ones, but here is a 23" one: Dell UltraSharp U2312HM 23" LED IPS Monitor.

5ms is fine for gaming and especially graphics work. If you want good quality colors and great view angles, IPS is the way to go. With TN monitors, you will easily notice that if you view at it from an angle, it looks horrible. This is not a problem on IPS. There are 1ms and 2ms IPS monitors, but they are very costly.
