Hello there. I'm trying to diagnose the problem with my brand new computer. You see, all the components are brand new. I have a M5A97 R2.0 motherboard, an 8 core FX black edition CPU, an ATI Radeon 3gb graphics card and a fully modular silver certified 850w power supply, 8GB RAM with 2 1TB mechanical hard drives.
The errors I get through the speakers are: 1 beep. 1 long beep with 3 short beeps (no VGA) detected. 1 long beep with 4 short beeps (hardware component failure) and a single short beep to finish.
What's wrong here? Any ideas? Everything but the hard drives are brand new; I'm stumped.
I tried resetting the CMOS already.
