I'd really like to know what type of motherboard I have on me Dell Inspiron 660. I've opened up the case, but there's nothing on the motherboard telling me what it is. Also, I'd like to avoid third party software, if I can. Any ideas?

Also wondering, would this support an Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST?

Physically, yes. The only limitation might be the power supply, though if Dell was nice enough to give you the 450W version, you would be ok, assuming it has the correct connectors. If not, it's fairly likely the GTX 650 Ti Boost would come with some adapters.
