still it is an unneeded risk but these days they are getting safer but I have had many friends that have had their computers destroyed because of water cooling

I do not recommend water cooling cause if it leaks it destroys your pc. Just get a air cooler/ heat sink for your cpu. window 8 had/has a mouse glitch making it no good for gaming

Watercooling is very safe. It will not leak unless you bend the tubes a lot. It is safe.
