Best GPU for BF4

Hello,
I am currently running BF4 at ultra 2X Mass my average FPS is around 60-100 and the lowest when there are a lot of action going it might go to 45 but still I say very smooth and playable.

I am building another PC for a friend for the sole purpose of BF4 and I am going to use the same: CPU and mobo

what is the best GPU I can get as if money is no object. I was thinking about he R9-290

get an r9 290 after the non reference coolers come out. make sure to get him a good psu so he can even crossfire it later. mantle should give a good boost to him when it comes out. Also they now come with battlefield 4 so its a win win.

never upgrade a computer for one game. it's not worth it, especially because of the recent issues with bf4 crashes and things, EA are a greedy company and you shouldn't be splashing cash so you can play a single game.
