Ok this may be confusing and complicated, but I was trying to figure out if I can turn two SSDs into a RAID 0 and them install Windows 7 on them and have all the features such as TRIM SMART etc enabled.
I was reading around a lot and I got the impression that TRIM does not work in RAID 0 of SSDs unless you have a "gen 7 or higher chipset" which I believe translates to a z77 or higher mobo?
I dont see why a z68 wouldnt work ? I have a z68 so I am hoping it is possible to do this. does anybody know for sure or has anybody tried this?
