the fan is out and the graphic card gets very hot and shut downs the computer, need to replace the graphic card, but since it is 3 years old. I wonder what kind of graphic card I should buy to replace the Radeon 4600 .. please help.....

Depends on the other hardware, but a good budget card capable of light to medium gaming is the HD 7750. It really depends on your needs though, but it costs around $70 and performs gerat (and at low temperatures). Hope this helped.
