My laptop has got two graphics adaptors :

1 INTEL HD GRAPHICS 4000
2 RAEDON HD 7670M

I downloaded the CPU-Z software to see the details about my laptop. In graphis tab it is showing that the display device being used was INTEL HD 4000. The pull down menu showed no sign of RAEDON HD 7670M.

Is there some problem ? If yes, how can it be resolved.
I do not have much knowledge about these things . So please keep the explanation as simple as possible.

Solution
That is usually automatically done when you enter a game. CPU-Z is not for checking out your GPU anyways, though it has some limited monitoring, GPU-Z is what you want to look at.

go to your AMD Catalyst (?) center, or w/e the counterpart to Nvidia control panel would be, there will be options to create profiles for certain games to use either the integrated or the Radeon, most of the time you don't have to worry about it, your computer automatically switches to the GPU for most games, GPU-Z cannot detect it because the GPU is not set to run when CPU-Z is running so is therefore off while the integrated handles it.

It varies. My Sony laptop has a switch I can change on the fly.
