Hello, so I'm planning on buying a graphics card and I was wondering which one is better? Is the 270x just a 7870 re-brand or is it better? thanks.

The R9 270x is comparable to the 7870 Ghz Edition
The R9 270 is comparable to a vanilla 7870 (review avail. on Toms Hardware homepage)
do some googling and you'll see all types of previews/reviews on it

the 7870 i was looking at was a Sapphire radeon 7870 ghz editon(100354OC-2L) so I think i'll go with the 7870
