How to remove video card with this lock type?

Went to install all my components onto this motherboard(one in picture) and I needed to remove my video card back out after I had installed it as I needed to fit my wireless adapter first.
How the heck do you take the card out with this type of pcie lock?

I don't believe its a lock. its more of a plastic latch to hold the card in place. My dell had one of these and I hated it. a simple press to determine where it flexes the most and the pull the card out

I tried sliding the little key lock thing all the way to right and pulling on the card, no luck felt like I was going to break my GPU so I simply slided the latch back over and came here for help.
