Problems running Crysis 2

So I'm trying to play Crysis 2 and I'm having problems. The auto detect settings say I should be able to play everything on Ultra, but I've turned everything down to Extreme and I'm still having driver crashes. GPU and CPU are both overclocked a little (mostly adding a little extra voltage on the gpu to stabilize it, not make it run faster)

Specs are in my sig. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

Also I run HWMonitor and it is crashing with gpu temps in the high 80s, which is where the tolerance for my particular card is. So it makes sense that it's crashing but why it's getting so hot is another matter. Fan is cranked up to 100. Actually after turning down the specs, it's still crashing but now in the high 70s. Still seems kind of strange.

Solution
i have found crysis 2 to be the mos sensitive game to unstable gpu overclocks. my pc when oc'd can be stable in everything, but crysis 2 no. The game even states that factory overclocked cards may not be stable for crysis 2. And i can tell you that your system will not run it at ultra with good fps. So remove your gpu overclock, and possibly underclock it.
