My psu is frontech 450w .Can i use ati raedon 6670 ? currently i am using nvidia GT 240.

My specs are
processor : intel dual core 2.5ghz
mother board : asus p5kpl am/ps
psu : frontech 450 wattt

Currently i am using GT 240 , i want to install ATI RAEDON 6670 . Will my system support 6670?

Yes, your psu should be able to power a 6670. At the same time, I do not know the quality of your PSU. 450W is more than enough.

Just make sure your psu has 17A on the +12v rail.

Can you suggest me any other better option, i was also considering GT 630 and GT 640. Are there any other ATI cards with in this power supply range ?
I want to play games like battlefield 4 , cod ghosts ,assassins creed black flag.

yes but i think cards mentioned by you requires more power . i have only 450w psu.

Yes i checked it i saw :
GeForce GT 240 - 18A and a 300W PSU minimum

Radeon HD 6670 - 17A and a 400W PSU minimum

currently i am using GT 240 which required 18A while 6670 requires 17A and my psu is 450w so i hope it will work.

Oh, each card would work fine even on a 400W psu. I just didn't know your price range so I just suggested the highest quality graphics card you could get for your psu. A cheaper gpu from AMD that would definitely work would be a Radeon HD7750 or 7770.

EDIT: Just fyi, the hd6670 only uses 60 something watts.
