I want to know if someone could help me solve this problem please!
I have a 1920x1080 screen resolution and I want to set it to 1600x900. I did that in the Intel Control Panel but I didn't find it!

you cant because you set scaling. also 1600/900 is the same 16/9 ratio as 1920/1080 so theres no need for it.

Does right clicking on the desktop and going to screen resolution display a 1080p option? Usually you can slide it to 1600x900.

Is the Aspect Ratio the same even if I set the Scaling to Center Image?

yes mate its the same... the only difference you will see is the screen will use the native dot pitch of the monitor so you will have about an inch of black border around the image but the image will be sharper.
