i had use many way to open my file in my pendrive. all the file in pendrive are shortcut an all of that are important to me

Virus scan. Also when "my computer" is open.(windows 7) press alt then at the top select tools - folder options. On the new window that opens click the "View" tab. In the "Advanced Settings:" list you should get an option that says "Show hidden files, folders and drives". Select that and press OK. then check the Pendrive again. I would however suggest that you run a full virus scan on the Pendrive
